i have not visited every city in the united states.  however, washington d.c. is the only city, aside from nyc,  in which i would choose to live.  i spent a weekend in dc recently, and my time there reconfirmed my love of that city.

while walking around, i noticed this little guy sitting in front of the halls of justice.  he looked ever so small and quite pensive.  i couldn't help but wondering what was weighing so heavy on his little mind.  i also was struck by the fact that this little guy chose the supreme court as his place of reflection.

nice perspective here, i agree with steve. haven't been to DC much, only twice, but it's a great place to take pictures.
